Pregame

Greetings from the Carrier Dome. I’ll be your lacrosse concierge tonight when Syracuse (4-6) faces Cornell (9-1) in the Dome.

Cornell, the nation’s 5th-ranked team, comes into the game with a 12-game non-conference winning streak. The Big Red’s last non-con loss came against SU in the Dome in 2019. So there’s that.

Also, in case you were wondering, these teams have met 106 times as varsity lacrosse entities. Yes, that is a lot of games over a lot of years. (SU 66-38-1.)
