As is remembered, the Ad Hoc Commission, which was installed by the Congress of the Republic to discuss the return of contributions from the National Housing Fund (Fonavi), announced several weeks ago that 380,000 elderly adults will receive an advance payment of 1000 soles. "That money can be taken without asking permission from the Executive or any other authority. That fund will allow us to act in two ways, to give more than S/1000 to those who have received nothing in these two decades," he explained.

During an interview, Jorge Milla explained that "even if the direct affiliates are no longer with us due to the virus or other reasons, widows and heirs will have access to the fulfillment of this debt, which includes the advance payment of one thousand soles as an incentive for the return".
