First damages on Estadio Cuauhtémoc

Two months have passed since the reopening of Estadio Cuauhtémoc, and it has already suffered its first damages.

However, it was not due to any structural anomaly, but to the faults caused by Monterrey fans.

Through a statement, the Secretaría de Infraestructura y Transportes (SIT) disclosed the amount needed to fix the 395 seats that were affected, which is a total of 214,485 Mexican pesos (543 pesos per seat).

The state of Puebla's dependency requested Monterrey's management to take responsibility for the damages caused by their followers.
