The Squid Game is one of the most successful series on Netflix, so successful that a conspiracy theory talks about how "the player and worker" are chosen. This new background is running on social media and causing a stir among fans of the South Korean product.
The theory in question arises on TikTok, where a fan of the series confirms that the main plot could be known just by watching the first episode. The user explains that the choices made in the first chapter would mark many things, in addition to the continuity of the plot.

As explained later in The Squid Game, choosing the blue color will turn you into a player, like the player with the green jumpsuit. But if you choose red, you will have to wear a red suit to become a worker.
