Player in Quarantine after COVID-19 Exposure
The player is now in quarantine at his own home and his teammates have been tested for coronavirus as a preventive measure.
However, the club says that, since the player has not had contact with other team members since he was with an infected person, it is assumed that none of them have been infected.
"Timo has behaved exemplarily. He has had no symptoms but when he found out that a person who had been with him at an event had tested positive, he consulted the doctor and immediately entered quarantine," said Hannover coach Gerhard Zuber.
