The Norwegian Erling Braut Haaland continues his scoring streak for Borussia Dormtmund

Last week, Norwegian Erling Braut Haaland made his debut for Borussia Dormtmund with a hat-trick away against Augsburg (3-5). On Friday, he continued his scoring streak and completed another victory for his new team, this time against Colonia, in the 19th round of the German Bundesliga.

The star signing in the winter transfer window for Dortmund scored the 4-1 in the 77th minute, taking advantage of a rebound from goalkeeper Timo Horn. He completed his brace in the 87th minute after receiving a deep pass from Mahmoud Dahoud, dribbling past the goalkeeper and beating him to avoid the ball going out of bounds.

Prior to that, Portuguese Raphael Guerreiro opened the scoring at Signal Iduna Park for Dortmund in the first minute. Then came the goals from Marcos Reus (29) and Englishman Jadon Sancho (58), before Mark Uth shortened the distance for Colonia in the 65th minute.

With this new victory, Dortmund temporarily places third in the table with 36 points, the same as second-placed Bayern Munich, and four points behind the leader, RB Leipzig. Colonia is thirteenth with 20 points.
