Super Jr. Tag Tournament 2015

The Tokyo Korakuen Hall was the stage for the second day of the "Super Jr. Tag Tournament 2015", the competition where pairs of wrestlers weighing less than 100kg participate.

In this match, the two semifinals took place. First, the confrontation between Matt Sydal and Ricochet against Matt and Nick Jackson. It was a spectacular battle where throws and fast punishments predominated for over 12 minutes, until Matt eliminated the other Matt (Jackson) with an impressive Air Sydal, eliminating the Young Bucks.

For the second semifinal, Rocky Romero and Baretta managed to defeat the incredible reDRagon (Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish), the current division tag team champions. It was a fierce fight that lasted 20:06 minutes and ended when Baretta applied a strong Strong Zero to Fish to secure their place in the final.

The finalists are Roppongi Vice and the Sydal-Ricochet team, who will face each other on November 7th at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium in the decisive battle that will determine the best duo in the category.

5. Kazuchika Okada, Tomohiro Ishii, and Gedo defeat Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomoaki Honma, and Ryusuke Taguchi (13:51) when Okada uses the Rainmaker on Taguchi.
6. Super Jr. Tag Tournament - Semifinal: Matt Sydal and Ricochet defeat Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson (12:05) when Sydal uses the Air Sydal on Matt.
7. Super Jr. Tag Tournament - Semifinal: Rocky Romero and Baretta defeat Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish (20:06) when Romero pins Fish after the Strong Zero.
