Second: Luis César replaces Anquela at the helm of Deportivo de la Coruña
Deportivo de la Coruña has confirmed the hiring of Luis César Sampedro to replace Juan Antonio Albacete Anquela, who was dismissed on Monday after nine winless matches in LaLiga SmartBank.
The Galician coach was without a team after having achieved last season's retention in Segunda División with CD Tenerife, which he took charge of with four matchdays remaining and did not continue with.

In his coaching career, he has also served at the helm of Racing de Ferrol, Nàstic de Tarragona, Poli Ejido, Alcoyano, Albacete, Lugo, and Valladolid. Luis César will make his debut on Sunday in charge of Deportivo against UD Las Palmas at Estadio de Gran Canaria.
