Marvel Studios and Disney released Avengers: Endgame last April. The film has become the highest-grossing film in history, mainly because it is the movie that brought together all the Avengers after 11 years of productions.
Now, Disney has launched the awards campaign. Of course, the company's big horse is the Avengers movie. The preliminary list includes some titles such as Aladdin, Toy Story 4, The Lion King, Frozen 2. For now, Endgame has been considered for all these awards:

However, fans have requested that Robert Downey Jr. be considered for Best Actor. Through the website Change.org, a petition has been created for Disney to change its mind. Diana Whatley asks for the actor to receive the award, specifically for the scene of his death. Will Avengers: Endgame win any awards? Well, the film is expected to win the Oscar for Best Visual Effects, but it is unlikely to win another. Marvel's film that came closest to breaking records at the Oscars was Black Panther.
