Another hero leaving the cinema? Ant-Man joined the Avengers team with his own productions and his plot was relevant to Avengers: Endgame after presenting the time travel project to solve Thanos' first snap. Unfortunately, Marvel Studios is planning to remove him from the big screen.
According to radioformulaqr, Kevin Feige, the CEO of Marvel Studios, has changed his priorities regarding the development of new productions for the MCU. The Eternals, Black Panther, The Fantastic Four would be some of the new movies to come.
But this has consequences for other heroes' movies, like Ant-Man. Apparently, the company will simply move the Ant-Man to the small screen so that he can join Disney Plus, its new streaming platform.
Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lily, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Peña and the rest of the cast would keep their roles but now in the domestic version. The only actress that would join the production is Emma Fuhrmann, who would take on the role of Cassie Lang after the images seen in Avengers: Endgame.
We will have to wait a few more months for the first productions from Marvel Studios to arrive on Disney+. At the same time, Latin America will still be one of the last regions to have this series and movie streaming platform.
