After defeating Nathan Stolen, Peruvian Gastón Bolaños will be looking to achieve his second victory of the year. The 'Dreamkiller' will step back into the cage to face American Daniel Carey at Bellator 226 on September 7th.
Although Gastón Bolaños had already been announced for Bellator 226, his opponent has only just been revealed. With a record of 5-3, Daniel Carey is coming off a technical knockout loss against Adil Benjilany in November of last year.
On the other hand, Gastón Bolaños has a record of 5-1 and has won his last four fights. The last time he lost was against Brandon Laroco in 2017.
It is worth noting that Bellator 226 will take place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California and will feature the special attraction fight between Ryan Bader and Cheick Kongo for the heavyweight title of the mixed martial arts promotion.
