Juventus: Sarri confirms the need for departures

It is evident that Juventus has made a qualitative leap in their squad with the arrivals of Adrien Rabiot, Aaron Ramsey, and Matthijs de Ligt, in addition to the long-awaited return of Gianluigi Buffon. That is why Maurizio Sarri, who has succeeded Massimiliano Allegri as manager, is aware of the need to activate the departure operation.

"The market? More than anything else, I hope for departures. Soon, 12 more players will return and we will really be many," stated the former Chelsea coach to the media, as reported by Mundo Deportivo. Therefore, there is no doubt that several names will be on the agenda of the Vecchia Signora to leave the team.

One of the players who is on the way out is Gonzalo Higuaín, although Sarri has expressed his desire for him to stay at the current Serie A champions. Another player who could say goodbye to Juventus is Mario Mandžukić, although just a week ago it seemed that he had a better chance of staying in Turin than the Argentine striker.

Moise Kean is the one with the most options to activate the departure operation, at least on loan, especially due to his youth. And let's not overlook the option of Paulo Dybala, who has already been mentioned in relation to a swap with PSG (involving Blaise Matuidi and a considerable sum) to secure the signing of Neymar. Other possible reinforcements for Juventus are Mauro Icardi and Federico Chiesa. Sami Khedira will certainly bid farewell to the Vecchia Signora, while the negotiation of Mattia Perin with Benfica has been put on hold.
