"Top Gun: Maverick" brings back Tom Cruise as Pete Mitchell "Maverick", the remembered and legendary pilot from the first installment (Top Gun). The film premieres on June 25, 2020 in our country and the trailer promises full action and memorable aviation scenes.
The official trailer of the movie has just been released and it starts with scenes in a desert. We see detailed shots of a plane in the middle of aerial maneuvers and hear the description of the popular "Maverick", who, despite having an impeccable career, remains as captain of the United States Air Force.
"It's one of life's mysteries," answers Tom Cruise, who also appears on a motorcycle and questions the end of his career to his superior. Undoubtedly, and despite the years, the tenacious pilot maintains his indomitable character in "Top Gun: Maverick".

Jennifer Connelly, Glen Powell, Miles Teller, and Ed Harris accompany Tom Cruise in the cast. As for the direction, Joseph Kosinski (Tron: Legacy, Oblivion) is in charge of taking us to the most impressive flight scenes that cinema will show, or at least that's what actor Jon Hamm, who joined the film later, assures.
"They are using never-before-seen technology. I think we are shooting the film in 6K, so the definition is incredible. The aerial images are amazing. Everything is very practical, there are not many computer graphics. Those guys are really on board airplanes," Hamm told Collider magazine.
