The popular Netflix series Stranger Things, which premiered its third season on Thursday, July 4, took advantage of this important date to finally release its video game.
During E3 2018, it was revealed that the game would have a retro aesthetic. Since this Friday, Stranger Things 3: The Game is available for PS4, Switch, Xbox, PC, Android, and iOS.
Stranger Things 3: The Game is an RPG for one or two players (in cooperative mode) that invites fans of the original Netflix series to experience the most important events of the third season firsthand. The game stands out for its 16-bit graphics, reminiscent of the games that could be played in the late 80s, the era in which the series takes place.
In total, the game includes 12 iconic characters from the series with whom players can explore the world of Hawkins, Indiana, a city full of challenges, enemies, and secrets to discover.

But this is not the only Stranger Things video game that Netflix is preparing, as in 2020 a augmented reality experience similar to Pokémon GO will arrive on mobile devices.
