Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, the racing title has just debuted just over a week ago and has had a very good performance. However, the game is not without problems. Fortunately, Beenox is aware of the feedback from fans and announced that an update will arrive very soon.
Through the official page of Activision, the developer in charge of this release, Beenox, announced that a new update will arrive on July 3 and with it, they will fix various inconsistencies and add a lot of content.
This update will solve a problem only related to the PlayStation 4 editions. The problem consists of the save data file may become corrupted if the information of the ghosts in the Time Trials mode is too much, which could affect players who have completed several races of this kind. The developer recommends PlayStation 4 players, meanwhile, to avoid this game mode or save their progress in the cloud or on an external device. It is important to clarify that the problem should not affect Xbox One and Nintendo Switch users.
Likewise, the Nitro Tour Grand Prix will be inaugurated in which you will earn Nitro Points that you can use to buy cosmetic content within the Grand Prix menu. In addition, by fulfilling challenges, you will unlock the character Tawna, who will be limited. As for the tracks, Twilight Tour will arrive in Local Arcade mode and in online matches.
The title will have leaderboards on the Internet, new content will be added to Pit Stop, animations will be added for the characters that reach the podium in online races, and several corrections and adjustments will be made to the overall experience.
Finally, Activision will give away 2500 Wumpa Coins to all users who play online during this weekend and until July 4.
