André Carrillo could stay in England

When everything seemed to be moving to Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia, André Carrillo could stay in England. The 'Culebra' has an offer from Fulham and could remain in the Premier League, in a swap where he would have been transferred to Chinese football before.
