To play like a professional in Fortnite, you need - in addition to talent and reaction capability - a series of adjustments to turn your character into a killing machine.
The first thing you should consider is the graphic aspect of Fortnite. You can't shoot something you can't see in all its magnitude. What you need to do is set the Display Resolution to 1920 x 1080p, the Frame Rate Limit to Unlimited, the Window Mode to FullScreen, and the Quality according to these specifications:
Epic on 3D Resolution and View Distance; off on Shadows, Anti-Aliasing, Vsync, Motion Blur, Show Grass, and Show FPS; medium on Textures and Effects; and low on Post Processing.
As for control sensitivity, it is recommended to set the mouse to 400 DPI and, in the game, 0.10 and 0.50 for mouse sensitivity and aim sensitivity respectively.
