PlayStation 5 would be the name of the next Sony console. Over the past few months, rumors about its release date have increased, with some saying it will be in 2020 and others in 2021. What is more certain is that it will come with the latest generation games from PS4.
These nine games could be available at the time of the PS5 release:
- The Elder Scrolls VI
- Starfield
- Cyberpunk 2077
- Beyond Good and Evil 2
- Fallout 76
- The Division 2
- Star Wars: Fallen Order
- Dying Light 2
All of these titles were presented at E3 2018, some of them are still in the project phase and development is expected to begin later this year. PlayStation will still give a little more life to the current console, but it is time for a change as the PS4 has been on the market for over four years.
According to recently leaked hardware, the release would be at the end of 2020. However, according to John Coder, head of Sony Entertainment, it will take three more years of development to launch this home console.
