Lately the meta of League of Legends is getting weirder: Rekkles playing Janna, Faker playing Taric, three supports in the same game, games without ADC in the Bot Lane, etc. Now, Riot Games speaks out about this.
While the meta of League of Legends constantly changes and not always marksmen were taken in the bottom lane with supports, lately the ADC's are seen as unimportant, because teams prefer to use uncommon compositions to counter other champions that are very strong.
Richard Henkel, better known as Riot Maple, commented that Riot has been thinking about how to improve the situation of marksmen, especially those who use critical attacks as their main weapon of attack. However, they like that there are different gameplay options in the Bot lane so that anyone can choose the composition they want.
As a result, we're going to ship the item buffs today and then observe what individual champ followup is or is not necessary on 8.13 and future patches. Current changes are included on the image. pic.twitter.com/ZlwRbkOeSX

However, if they do nothing more than some changes to certain damage items for the ADC's, it would be more worthwhile to use an Irelia or an Aatrox that can quickly eliminate champions with low health than to choose a marksman who could die to any assassin. What do you think?
