Apple confirms rumors: Cupertino giant is working on virtual reality glasses.
An Apple job offer is looking for a 3D user interface engineer who is able to "drive the next generation of interactive experiences for our platform".
The offer text specifies that the chosen one will work with some of Apple's most advanced technologies, including Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) offered in ARKit and Metal 2.
If you are already impatient, we regret to tell you that Apple's glasses will arrive in 2020. The reason for this delay is to obtain wireless technology that allows the user to enjoy virtual and augmented reality content without the need for cables.
