The Raptors from Estado de México defeated Dinos from Saltillo 21-6 as visitors, securing their spot in Tazón México III of the Liga de Futbol Americano (LFA), in a match held on Saturday at the Estadio Olímpico de Saltillo.

Raptors dominated and with a strong defense nullified Dinos' attack in the "Jurassic duel", winning the title of the LFA North Division and will compete in Tazón México III against the winner of Mexicas vs Mayas, on April 22 at the Estadio Azul.

Dinos took a 3-0 lead in the first quarter with a 29-yard field goal by Óscar Silva, but Raptors responded with a touchdown by Miguel Morgado and the extra point by Fernando Ramírez, taking the visitors ahead 7-3, which ended the first quarter.

The second quarter was dominated by the defenses, with no scores allowed, ending with Raptors leading 7-3. At the start of the second half, Dinos scored a field goal to narrow the gap to 6-7 in the score.

Raptors scored the decisive touchdowns in the final quarter. First, Dan Avila reached the end zone and with Fernando Ramirez's extra point, the scoreboard moved to 14-6.

Raptors' defense continued its dominance and managed to make an interception. With possession of the ball, Iván García scored a touchdown, and with Ramirez's extra point, the final score was 21-6, securing the ticket to Tazón México III for the visitors.
