Forward Luke Kunin underwent successful surgery to repair the torn ACL in his left knee, the Minnesota Wild announced Wednesday.
Kunin suffered the injury during the Wild’s 4-1 win over Detroit on March 4. He’s expected to return to the ice in six to seven months.
The University of Wisconsin product made his NHL debut on Oct. 14. In 19 games this season, Kunin tallied two goals and two assists.
