In one of the preliminary fights of the event, Afghan Abdul Azim Badakhshi and German Sascha Sharma faced each other. The Afghan secured the victory thanks to a brutal knee strike he delivered to his opponent. This video went viral on Facebook.
But the most curious thing was that, after knocking his opponent down, the Afghan apologized to Sharma. With a gesture of respect, Badakhshi apologized to Sharma's corner for what had happened. Only then did he dare to celebrate his eighth victory in MMA.
