Rimac C Two: The New Electric Supercar
After unveiling the Concept One (1,088 HP) and the Concept S (1,384 HP) at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, Croatian manufacturer Rimac returned to the world's most important auto show with another electric vehicle capable of surpassing its predecessors: the C Two.
The new Rimac C Two is powered by four electric motors that generate 1,408 kW or 1,914 HP, as well as a torque of 234.6 Kg.m. This power is directed towards all four wheels, while its storage is provided by 6,960 lithium-based power cells.
This power is distributed by two transmission boxes: one for the front axle and another for the rear. While the first one has a single speed, the rear one has two independent gears.
Thanks to this, the Rimac C Two achieves impressive figures: 0 to 100 km/h in 1.85 seconds, a top speed of 412 km/h, and a range of 648.5 km.
Inside, this supercar features a comfortable interior, with three TFT screens to display its information and entertainment system, as well as the image from its eight cameras. Its 120 kWh batteries can be charged up to 80% in just 30 minutes when using the fast charging system. Additionally, its Brembo ceramic brakes recharge energy when decelerating.
