Todd Gurley gets his hands on another NFL award as he is named Offensive Player of the Year.
The Los Angeles Rams running back bounced back from a down second season with 1,305 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground, along with 64 receptions for 788 yards and six visits to the end zone, leading his team to the playoffs and the NFC West Division title.
Gurley also made the Pro Bowl, just as he did in 2015, the year he also received the Offensive Rookie of the Year award as he accumulated 1,106 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns.
The Georgia graduate outperformed players like the Philadelphia Eagles' Carson Wentz and the Pittsburgh Steelers' Antonio Brown, who suffered injuries that damaged their cases.
The Rams were able to return to the playoffs under head coach Sean McVay in his first year, but they fell to the Atlanta Falcons in the Wild Card Round at home.
