The coach of Paris Saint-Germain, Unai Emery, spoke with Edinson Cavani and Javier Pastore, who returned to PSG training with several days of delay, indicated the coach without specifying if the two players would be sanctioned.
Both players were left out of the squad for the quarterfinals match of the League Cup against Amiens.
"I spoke to them in person and the club also spoke to them. But it remains internal" in PSG, explained the Basque coach on the eve of the match against Amiens.
"They must work. The most important thing is the group, the team, the players who are prepared," he continued without specifying if the two South Americans will be available against Amiens.
The Argentinean Pastore did not return to training after the Christmas holidays until Monday, with an individual session. The Uruguayan Cavani had done it on Friday, two days after the deadline. (D)
