About San Martín's Squad
Undoubtedly, one of the most striking aspects of San Martín's squad for the 2018 season is the low average age (20.4 years). Even the foreign reinforcements fit this characteristic: 19-year-old Ivorian forward Aké Arnaud Loba is already in Lima and under the orders of Argentine coach Carlos Bustos.
In this way, Arnaud Loba joins his compatriot Amani Anoumou. The 18-year-old forward has been working with the 'santo' club for about three months and is well integrated into the team.

Both have been part of the Ivory Coast youth national teams and are San Martín's luxury reinforcements for this season, which will focus solely on the local tournament after a very irregular year in 2017.
"The expectation is that they can flourish here. They are players from the U-20 national teams. I have seen images of them and I trust the selection made by the board," said Coach Bustos about Aké Arnaud Loba and Amani Anoumou.
He added that patience is necessary: "In any case, we will have a reasonable amount of time to work and see how they adapt. We have to try to help them so that they can fit in quickly. There are many changes they have to make."
