Silvio Romero and his wife Sara Storni open a restaurant in Mexico City
While Silvio Romero was not only known for his performances at América, he is a player who thought beyond just playing soccer, which motivated him and his wife, Sara Storni, to carry out a project like a restaurant. They named it Falta Envido, an idea they have been analyzing for seven months and finally decided to open it in the south of Mexico City.
The objective of this place is to give Mexicans a taste of Argentine gastronomy, as well as to return the love and affection that the country has given them during the 6 years they have been there. The spouse of Chino accepts that it was a complicated process, despite her great passion for cooking, which she acquired since she arrived in Mexico.
"To be honest, it was a complicated process because I had never been in that situation before, but fortunately, we are making progress, and it's a project that makes us very happy because Mexican people like it and have a good impression of the place," says Storni.
On the other hand, Silvio Romero admits that it was one of the plans they had for a long time, and he even encouraged his partner to pursue that goal.
"My wife is the one who cooks, she spends all her time there. I just support her and do what she tells me. I see her very excited, and I would like us to continue growing," Romero concluded.
