The event took place in Pudong, Shanghai, in a building that rises 632 meters and has 128 floors. This makes it the tallest building in China and the second tallest skyscraper in the world.
The Mexican's achievement
The Mexican athlete climbed more than 500 vertical meters to compete with the best in the world, in what was the first indoor race at an altitude of over half a kilometer and under demanding conditions.

Australian Suzy Walsham took first place with a time of 20:44.16 minutes, followed by American Cindy Harris in second place (22:08.09), and Chinese Zhang Huiji closed the podium in third place (22:30.65).
