Bethesda Takes on the Challenge of Bringing These Games to Microsoft's Console
Bethesda has taken on the challenge of bringing these games to Microsoft's console. The Xbox One X aims to have game developers update the graphics of their games to take advantage of its power. The company has already committed to bringing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to the Nintendo Switch.
The games that have been confirmed so far include: Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Fallout 4, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Dishonored 2, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, The Evil Within 2, and The Elder Scrolls Online.

These games either already have an update ready or the company is already working on improving certain aspects. Here's what Bethesda has confirmed about the changes in each of the games:
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus:
Includes 4K resolution image and dynamic resolution.
Fallout 4:
Includes 4K resolution image, dynamic resolution, increased draw distance, and enhanced effects.
Skyrim Special Edition:
Includes 4K resolution image and dynamic resolution.
Dishonored 2 & Dishonored: Death of the Outsider:
Includes 4K resolution image, dynamic resolution, improved stability in frames per second, updated textures to 4K, enhanced geometry, increased draw distance, improved lighting and shading, and better anti-aliasing.
The Evil Within 2:
Includes improved resolution (3200x1800 native pixels) and higher frame rate, removing the 30 frames per second lock if the player desires.
The Elder Scrolls Online:
Includes native 4K support, HDR color, increased draw distance, improved shadows and lighting, and better water effects.
