When it's been five months since his knee injury, Borussia Dortmund football player Marco Reus posted a video on social media today showing him exercising on a treadmill.
"I can't believe it," the player wrote in a post on his Instagram profile, along with a nine-second video of him running on a Borussia Dortmund training machine.

In the footage, Reus is seen running at low intensity on the treadmill. "There is still a long way to go," said the German forward.
Reus, 28, partially tore the ligament in his right knee in the German Cup final in June.
His return to the field is scheduled for early next year. "We need to be cautious. Marco still needs time, although he is progressing with his rehabilitation," said Dortmund coach Peter Bosz in an interview with the German newspaper "Sport Bild".
