Rafael Márquez, who was accused by the United States government of being a frontman for the drug cartel, has hopes of returning to the soccer field, which is why he continues to train on his own.
Through his Twitter account, the Mexican player published a video in which he is seen exercising on an artificial grass carpet.
"SELF-DISCIPLINE. It is one of the keys to achieving everything in life, doing what needs to be done even if you are not in the mood to do it, #4ttitude," wrote the 'Káiser'.
