Due to the weather conditions caused by Hurricane Irma, the NFL is evaluating the possibility of rescheduling or relocating the game between the Buccaneers and the Dolphins, corresponding to week 1 of the regular season.
In light of this situation, the match could take place on either Thursday or Friday. Originally, the game was scheduled to be played at the Hard-Rock Stadium in Miami, as part of the series of games scheduled to take place at 12:00 hours (Central Mexico time).
Furthermore, it was proposed that the game be postponed to November 19, the same week 11 in which both Tampa Bay and Miami have their bye week; however, both teams informed the league that they would not prefer the game to be played on that day.
