Nicolás Vikonis had a standout performance in Millonarios' 1-0 victory over Jaguares, their first home win in the current Liga Águila season. The Uruguayan goalkeeper saved a penalty in the 89th minute, taken by Ray Vanegas.
Once the match was over, Vikonis stated that "I don't need to be important or a star, I always work to help the team and bring joy to the fans."
Between the Liga Águila and Copa Colombia, Vikonis has gone 287 minutes without conceding a goal in his goal.
