Millonarios gets their first home victory and enters the top eight group.

Millonarios suffered to achieve their first victory of the tournament at home against Jaguares. The blue team won 1-0 with a solitary goal from Henry Rojas and a stellar performance from Nicolás Vikonis.

The first half lacked significant opportunities, with the blue team having the most. Very early on, at 8 minutes, Cristian Huérfano was one-on-one against the goalkeeper López, who won the duel due to his speed.
Three minutes later, the first goal of the match came, a well-placed shot from Henry Rojas that went in through the left post of the visiting goalkeeper.

Jaguares reacted to the goal against and was able to equalize at 18 minutes, with a shot from Ray Vanegas that Nicolás Vikonis controlled in the one-on-one situation.

Huérfano tried again at 30 minutes, finishing a good collective play from the team; however, his shot inside the box was timid and went into the hands of López.

Jair Palacios threatened the opponent's goal again at 41 minutes, with a powerful shot that the visiting goalkeeper sent out for a corner kick.

In the second half, Millonarios lost the ball and Jaguares took possession, but lacked depth.

Jaguares reacted in the final stretch, first with a wide shot from Darwin López and then with a crossed ball that Vikonis dealt with sufficiently.

Maximiliano Núñez could have extended the lead at 85 minutes, but his shot went out for a corner kick intercepted by a defender.

At 89 minutes, Nicolás Vikonis became the hero by saving a penalty taken by Ray Vanegas, securing the first victory for Miguel Ángel Russo's team at home.

With this win, Millonarios reaches 12 points and enters the top eight; while Jaguares stays with 6 points at the bottom of the table.
