American cyclist Bill Conner rode 4,000 kilometers on his bicycle to hear his deceased daughter's heart, which was transplanted into a young man who suffered a heart attack, according to the BBC.

Abbey Conner died a few months ago in Mexico while enjoying her vacation in Cancun; she and her brother were found unconscious in a swimming pool, but only he could be saved.

"To know that he is alive thanks to Abbey. Abbey is alive inside him. It is her heart that sustains him. I am very happy for him and his family, and at the same time, I was able to be reunited with my daughter," said a moved Bill.

At the age of 16, Abbey made the decision to donate her organs when she passed away, and this cause motivated her father to embark on a 4,000-kilometer bicycle journey from Wisconsin to the medical center where his daughter was being treated. However, along the way, he was contacted by Loumonth Jack, the young man who received Abbey's organ.

With the help of a stethoscope, Bill couldn't hold back his tears when he heard the heartbeat in the chest of the 20-year-old man. This moment was captured on video and has gone viral.
