Levante Renews Contract with Mexican Player Charlyn Corral

The Spanish Levante has announced that they have reached an agreement with Mexican player Charlyn Corral to renew her contract for another season.

The forward joined Levante UD Femenino in July 2015 and will wear the 'granota' jersey for the third consecutive campaign.

Charlyn has become a key player for Levante in the last two seasons, scoring a total of 43 goals in the league, 23 in the 2015-2016 season and 20 in the 2016-2017 season.

The attacker has been chosen by fans, through LaLiga, as the best forward in the Women's First Division for the second consecutive year.

Mexican player Charlyn arrived at the Orriols club from Merilappi United (Finland) with an extensive resume that included the Championship in the National Under 12, Under 14, and Under 17 Olympiad, being the top scorer in the first two, and the participation in the U-20 World Cup in 2006, 2008, and 2010.

In addition, Charlyn played in the World Cup with the Mexican national team in 2011, and in 2015 she participated in the one held in Canada.
