Marc Bartra, player of Borussia Dortmund, wrote an emotional message on his Twitter account lamenting what happened, after the attack at the Manchester Arena following the Ariana Grande concert.
"What world do we live in? What is happening around us? It frustrates me not knowing what to do for all this to end once and for all and for everyone to live in peace," wrote Marc Bartra.
"What world do we live in? What is happening...?
What world do we live in? #WeStandTogether ⚫️" - Marc Bartra (@MarcBartra) May 23, 2017
Bartra invited people to "be better individuals and live each moment as it deserves," as he tries to do so every day, despite the things he has experienced; it is worth recalling that a few months ago, the Borussia Dortmund forward was injured in an explosion near the club's bus when they were heading to the match against Monaco.
"Life goes on and we have to try to be positive, enjoy, love, live, feel, and go for what we really believe in or love. At least, I do it with more strength every time I remember the last things I have experienced... and all the good that I still have to live," he concluded.
