Coahuila 1,800 Ride Concludes

After three days and 1,800 kilometers traveled, the Coahuila 1,800 Ride came to an end yesterday. More than 400 bikers from La Laguna and other states in Mexico and the United States participated in the event.

During the ride, the group visited various Magical Towns, as well as Muzquiz. They also visited two indigenous communities in the region, Mascogos and kIkapú.

The ride concluded on Sunday afternoon with a gathering of bikers in the area known as Barrio Morelos, where a raffle was held for a brand-new motorcycle.

"The intention was to show our people and those who accompanied us from outside the state what Coahuila and its Magical Towns are like. We wanted them to see the biodiversity, the road infrastructure, and the safety," said Xiconténcatl Hernández, the organizer of the ride.

He added that bikers from the United States joined the event, from cities such as Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Laredo, and McAllen in Texas.

The state government provided support for the safety of the motorcyclists throughout the entire journey, as well as road support in each municipality visited by the group.

"It was a challenge, a brotherhood gathering, an exceptional second edition, an extraordinary experience. We worked as a team and supported each other. Coahuila has a lot to offer, a lot to visit," he mentioned.
