Jason Witten says goodbye to Tony Romo

Jason Witten, friend and former teammate of Tony Romo on the Dallas Cowboys, sent a farewell letter thanking the former quarterback for his friendship and trust during their time together in the locker room.

These are some of the words that can be read in the letter: "I will always be grateful for having you as my QB. Your God-given talent and ability have had a positive impact not only on my life but on my entire family. I am proud to call you my dear friend and life brother."

Both players shared the locker room from 2003 when Witten was drafted in the third round and Romo arrived as a free agent.
