San Antonio Spurs renounce Nicolás Laprovittola
Argentine player Nicolás Laprovittola will no longer be part of the San Antonio Spurs. The NBA team announced through their social media that the South American will not belong to the roster anymore.

The 26-year-old Argentine arrived at the Spurs at the end of October. He was used by coach Gregg Popovich in 18 games. Laprovittola averaged 3.3 points per game and 1.6 assists in almost every 10 minutes of play in the NBA.
The action is strange because a few weeks ago, the coach had mentioned that Laprovittola was "Parker's replacement" and reinforced the idea by saying "he's a proper guy. He doesn't get intimidated. He's done the job very well."
Nicolás Laprovittola, on the other hand, posted a short farewell message on his official Instagram account. The former Spurs player mentioned, "It has been a pleasure, Spurs... A truly great adventure!" after his time in the NBA.
