Note about the Election of the New Board of the Mexican Olympic Committee
On October 27th, the new board of the Mexican Olympic Committee will be elected and three slates have already been registered, where Carlos Padilla appears as president in all of them, therefore, his reelection is guaranteed and he will be at the helm of the organization for another four years.

What stands out in the slates is that, in two of them, the president of the Mexican Football Federation, Decio De María, is proposed as the First Vice President of the Mexican Olympic Committee.
In the first proposal, where Decio de María is, Pablo Suinaga (president of the Mexican Golf Federation) appears as Second Vice President, and Francisco Echeguren (president of the Mexican Rugby Federation) as Pro-Secretary.
Meanwhile, in the second slate, María José Alcalá is considered as the general secretary.
In the third slate, the proposal for the First Vice President is Jimena Saldaña; meanwhile, Ricardo Contreas (president of the Mexican Boxing Federation) appears as the Secretary General, and Antonio Lozano (president of the Mexican Athletics Associations Federation) as Pro-Secretary.
