They seem to have all bases covered and no matter if they bat first or second, they look likely to win. Having set a daunting task tonight, skipper Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan yet again delivered for their team. The pair put on a 158-run stand for the first wicket and that set them on course to win the match with ease. After Babar fell, Rizwan still played his shots but maybe he a got a little tired in the end and gave his wicket away. Gudakesh Motie on debut did a fantastic job up front as he did not give away many runs. The pacers just couldn't control the middle overs and the two Pakistani openers were allowed to just maneuver the play. Finally, the breakthrough did come in the 16th over but by that time the required rate was under the opposition's control.
