Movement at Microsoft. The tech giant would be preparing the launch of a new console, the successor to the Xbox One.
The rumors originate from Microsoft's plans for Gamescom, the annual video game exhibition held in Cologne, Germany. An official announcement states that they will bring "brand new Xbox hardware and accessories (...) maybe even some surprises".
"Following in the footsteps of our E3 briefing, and the incredible reaction we've had from our fans, we're pleased to announce that Xbox will be at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, in August. We're bringing a great lineup of games from developers all over the world that we can't wait for European players to get their hands on," adds the statement.
It is worth noting that there is no confirmed information about the next Xbox console, so we will have to wait for Gamescom on Tuesday, August 21.
