The rivalry between Ronda Rousey and Floyd Mayweather began on July 15 this year. The UFC champion launched an attack against the boxer during the ESPY awards ceremony, criticizing him for hitting his ex-wife on more than one occasion.
After that day, Floyd Mayweather called Ronda Rousey a "man" and even challenged her to a charitable fight. But the mixed martial artist said that "a fight between a man and a woman was not acceptable in any scenario."
However, Richie Branson found a perfect scenario for the one-on-one fight between Ronda Rousey and Floyd Mayweather. And, at least for the designer, the UFC bantamweight champion deserved to win.
