The intense rain that fell in the southern part of the Buenos Aires metropolitan area overshadowed the spectacle starring Lanús and Argentinos. In a match marked by imperfections, the teams faced each other with very different objectives: while the Granate wanted to break a curse of 4 winless matches, the Bicho went out in search of the victory that would allow them to dream of qualifying for next year's Copa Libertadores.
