In the Campestre Torreón, the Golf Day Tournament will take place on November 15 and 16, in which the club's female golfers will participate.
There will be four categories: First, for players with a handicap of up to 13, Second, for players with a handicap of 13.1 to 21, Third, for players with a handicap of 21.1 to 36, as well as Special Novices for those who are not affiliated with the AMFG. All will play from red tees.
The Stroke Play system (by strokes) will be used for 36 holes, with 80 percent handicap. Registrations are available at the Sports Coordination.
In the First, Second, and Third categories, only players with a handicap index registered in the Mexican Golf Federation will be allowed to participate as a first reference.
As a second reference, the handicap index of the SPEI will be taken into account, as well as being up to date on their annual dues to the Mexican Women's Golf Association, A.C.
In the Special Category, member players who did not pay the AMFG dues will be able to participate. The handicaps used will be those registered in November by the Mexican Golf Federation.
The USGA Rules, adopted by the Mexican Golf Federation, and the Local Rules of the Club will be applied. The Competition Conditions for Club Tournaments.
Tee times will start at 8:00 a.m. If a tiebreaker is required, the scorecards will be used (Rule 33.6), under the retrogression system of the second day's scorecard, adding up the back-nine holes.
50 percent handicap will be applied. If the tie persists, the last 6 holes will be taken into account, and if it still persists, the last 3 holes will be considered, and if it still persists, the last hole will be taken, applying the proportional part of the handicap on the last 6, 3, and last hole.
The first and second place Net and the first place Gross will be awarded. In the Special category, the first two places will be awarded.
