With the participation of more than 240 golfers from the country, the "FENADU 17" International Golf Tournament is presented, to be held from July 27 to 30 at the Club Campestre de Durango.
"We start this Thursday with the practice round, Friday and Saturday already with the game on the course and Sunday with the final round and the award ceremony lunch."
At a press conference, the president of the Club Campestre Durango, David Lanzarín, along with Víctor Hugo Castañeda Soto, Secretary of Tourism and the event organizers, Miguel Amaro Pichardo and Óscar Estrada, announced the realization of this tournament, which is expected to bring not only a good participation, but also a significant economic impact for the municipality.
"We appreciate the support of the State Government through the Ministry of Tourism for this great event, to continue putting the name of Durango high, because it is not only the Club Campestre, we are part of this State and we want to continue promoting our Entity," said the president of the Club.
Miguel Amaro Pichardo, one of the organizers, added that the competition this year is called "FENADU 17", where almost one million pesos in prizes will be distributed.
"The categories will be Championship AA, A, B, C, D, Seniors, and Ladies, we expect 240 players from the State of Mexico, Zacatecas, Jalisco, Aguascalientes, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Nuevo León, Sinaloa, and Sonora," he pointed out.
