Croatian Photographer Captures Amazing Moments

For the citizens of Croatia, becoming the runners-up in the 2018 Russia World Cup has truly been a dream come true. However, nobody has questioned the photographer who captured the best plays and goals of the national football team.

Behind the camera is Yuri Cortez, a photojournalist from AFP Agency born in El Salvador, who received an onslaught of Croatian players after the team's victory over England in the semifinals.

During the celebration, the Balkan footballers fell onto the photographer, but he never let go of his cameras and instead managed to try to get out of the crowd, thus capturing the best photographs that Croatians could see on the internet and in print media.

As a result, the Croatian Tourism Office extended an invitation to Yuri Cortez to visit the country for free, according to 'Fox Sports'.
