Some days have passed since the elimination of the Brazilian National Team from the 2018 Russia World Cup, but the simulations and exaggerations of Neymar are still being questioned by different figures in football. Marco van Basten, the historic Dutch footballer, has joined the criticisms.
Van Basten pointed out that simulating fouls and injuries "is not a good attitude" and that it harms Neymar and his team. "If you simulate too much, I think everyone will consider that it won't help," said the retired Dutch forward. "I think he should understand his situation."
